Goat's cheese and blueberry clafoutis
Clafoutis au chèvre et myrtilles de Sologne
 
Serves 8 people
ingredients :
2 fresh soft goat's cheeses
5 eggs
200 g sugar
100 g flour
500 g blueberries
2 dessert spoons Kirsch
shortcrust or puff pastry
 Method : Line a cake tin with the pastry, put the blueberries in.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the top.

Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
