Finely chop the herbs and mix with the cheese using a fork. Add a drop of olive oil to make a paste. Place 1/4 of the mixture in the middle of a sheet of filo pastry and close to form a small parcel. |
Cook in the olive oil for 30 seconds on each side. Serve on a bed of lettuce sprinkled with chopped walnuts. |
